Twitter Tools added to the backend controller of the DarrickLazo.com blog This tool will allow each blog post to send a tweet directly to to @aestheticpov twitter account, and also will post a daily digest on my blog at 9pm of my tweets and @replys for that day. This new addition does not affect the Twitter Goodies button that is at the end of every post which allows you to share that blog post on your twitter account. Remember that this is all done on the backend via http://wp.darricklazo.com/ – the actual blog. Content that shows on http://blog.darricklazo.com/ and darricklazo.com is referencing the actual blog.

DarrickLazo.com is proud to introduce its “5-D” rating system. It works exactly like a ’5-star’ rating system, except it uses the DarrickLazo.com icons.
Q: Why not use a regular ’5-star’ rating system?
A: This is DarrickLazo.com, anything on this site is from my own perspective – it’s “MY” opinion, not a collective of opinions (users can post comments if they agree/disagree).
I’m not trying to be pretentious or anything in the like. Basically it’s one more way for me to use my logo, and be consistent with my typical branding philosophies. So take my ratings as they are, or leave them if you please. What better place for self expression than a blog, on a personal website? I can’t wait to start rating things, so that I might be able to hear your views – who know’s maybe they’ll change my own.

The new darricklazo.com design is up, : but and additional content is being created as a we speak! DarrickLazo.com is in it’s third rendition, and just under three years old. Building the site from the ground up with no formal training has been an amazing, and trying, experience. But learning has always been a big part of my life, so when the opportunity presented itself to create a place for my own self expression, I didn’t hesitate. I hope visitors can get to know me, personally through my site and blog, and can see the amount of pride that goes into all my projects. Stay tuned for more…
